Rates and Policies
Our rates:
One bedroom: $150 per night (two night minimum)/135 per night (7 night minimum)
Two bedrooms: $165 per night (two night minimum)/150 per night (7 night minimum)
Monthly rates also available.
Local Borough Tax of 5.5% and a 4% lodging tax will be added.
One night's deposit is required to reserve a unit.
We accept credit cards through PayPal, but personal checks and cash are preferred.
Deposits are refunded if reservations are cancelled prior to 2 weeks before arrival.
